Quality Of Your Food: In my opinion more important than anything else. The quality of your food matters for lasting progress, to live longer and stay disease free. Keep ultra-processed food, and foods rammed full of sugar out of your life, and you’re most of the way there. We’ll teach you how to do this and what foods and meals to replace the ultra processed nonsense with.
